Before You Schedule Your Appointment

To ensure every client has a smooth and relaxing experience, please review the following important information before booking your session with Serenity Now Massage:

Groupon Policy

• We accept up to 3 Groupon per person
• Swedish massage only is offered when booking with a Groupon
• No couples massage are available 
• Expired vouchers may still be honored for their original purchase value, a $30 service adjustment fee will be applied at the time of redemption
• Clients are required to keep a credit/debit card on file to secure appointments and in the event of a no call/no-show or late cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

• There is a $30 fee for same day cancellation or no-call/no-show appointments. 

Arrival Guidelines

• Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time 
• There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to rescheduled.  You will charged a $30 same day cancellation fee.
• Massage time will not be shortened due to late arrival 
• Please silence your cell phone to maintain a peaceful environment.
